Most of what I introduce is off-market and sourced through relationships built over many years. Occasionally I will share an on-market opportunity where I believe it genuinely warrants a client's attention.

A small, considered group of high net worth individuals, developers, private and overseas investors, family offices and professional property investors. Opportunities are introduced selectively depending on each client's criteria and our existing relationship.

Yes. My network spans the United Kingdom, from prime central London through to regional cities and towns where genuine value exists.

Yes. I regularly work with overseas investors and can introduce trusted solicitors, lenders and tax advisers where it is helpful.

Do you undertake investment appraisals?

Yes. Where appropriate I prepare a detailed investment appraisal covering acquisition, refurbishment, planning, GDV, projected returns and exit strategy — so you have a clear picture before making any decision.
